David Charindra ( Vocal ). Lahir di Temanggung, 21 Mei 1986. Saat ini selain bermusik dengan the flame, David juga bekerja di salah satu perusahaan Telekomunikasi ternama nasional. Selain aktif berkerja dan bermusik, David juga menekuni dunia MC atau presenter. Prestasi di bidang lain adalah sebagai Duta wisata Jawa tengah, Duta Seni Budaya tingkat nasional, dan beberapa kali terpilih sebagai vokalis terbaik dalam beberapa ajang music di Jawa Tengah. Joe Tatoo ( Gitar ). Lahir di Semarang, 26 Feb 1985. Tatoo adalah salah satu pendiri the flame. Modal bermusik secara otodidak, serta penampilan yang berkarakter mampu memberi warna bagi music the flame. Saat ini Tatoo juga tergabung dalam dalam beberapa group music, hal ini diperuntukan untuk menambah wacana dan wawasan dalam khasanah bermusik. Reya Okarian ( Drum ) Lahir di Pangkalpinang, 29 Oktober 1990. Reya adalah personel termuda dalam tubuh the flame. Permainan drum yang progresife mampu membawa the flame untuk menampilkan karya terbaiknya. Saat ini Reya masih terdaftar sebagai mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komunikasi swasta di Bandung. Selain sebagai penabuh drum, Reya saat ini juga aktif sebagai DJ di Bandung maupun Jakarta. Hal ini mampu memberi warna dalam setiap komposisi music the flame. Meski jarak tempuh Bandung – Semarang cukup jauh, tp tidak menyurutkan semangat Reya untuk lebih ekspresif dalam bermusik bersama The Flame. Sugest Don Priandana ( Bass) Lahir di Temanggung, 18 April. Bisa dibilang Sugest adalah orang paling lama ataupun Leader di the flame. Karena sejak awal berdiri sampai dengan saat ini, Sugest masih tetap eksis. Hampir semua lagu, aransemen, komposisi music, dia yang menciptakan. Selain sebagai pemain Bass, Sugest juga terbiasa dengan “multi take” saat recording. Karena mulai backing vocal, piano, string, orchestra, percusi dan bass dia “pimpin” sendiri. Dalam beberapa event music, Sugest selalu mendapatkan penghargaan, mulai dari Basist terbaik, drummer terbaik, dan beberapa pernghargaan lain.
