Terjadi 2 tahun yang lalu … SoulVatar di bentuk pada masa SMP yg di mana Enggar Vocalis , Yudha Lead 1, Wawan lead 2, Rangga Drumer, Radit Basis . Genre Pop rock. Pernah memegang Juara 3 ajang festival antar sekolah Se_Kab, Muara enim , palembang Sumatra selatan, event KMI (komunitas music Indonesia), di Tanjung enim,
di mana band ini dulu bernama KOIL Band … sehubungan dengan munculnya Band papan atas Indonesia yg mirip dengan nama itu … kami sepakat merubah nama KOIL menjadi SoulVatar

SoulVatar terus mencoba berkarya yang sesuai dengan perkembangan musik yang ada di kalangan dunia, dan berharap dapat diterima oleh Penikmat music selayaknya, selain hal bermusik, SoulVatar mempunyai misi, turut memberi kontribusi terhadap perkembangan indie, hal ini dimulai dengan pembentukan wadah bagi band-band indie lainnya untuk berkumpul, yaitu pembuatan Blog Indie di http://klisieband.blogspot.com pada tahun 2009, dimana tempat tersebut dijadikan wadah bagi SoulVatar dan band-band indie lainnya untuk Menunjukan hasil karya, menjalin silaturahmi, berbagi info, pengetahuan, berbagi pengalaman sesama musisi..
